What type of balloons do you use?
We use high quality 100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as foil balloons. The helium latex balloons are coated with HiFloat to extend the balloon life from 18-48 hours. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, so the lifespan of your balloon can be affected by that.
Can your balloons go outside?
Yes, but I do not recommend installing in direct sunlight. And again, extreme heat and cold will affect their lifespan.
What do you use to hang your garlands?

How long do your balloons last?
Pop Design Co. uses high quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
That being said, indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.
How far in advance should I book?
We strongly suggest booking at least two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment when we’re already booked or don’t have the materials your vision requires. Your date will not be reserved until the $100 deposit made.
What is your cancellation policy?
For Custom Installation Orders:
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and your deposit can be applied to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.
Grab & Go Orders:
If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your pickup date.
